The Quarterly Planning Workshop: Turn Your Goals into Results in 90 Days
1937 Triumph St, Vancouver · capped at 9 to 12 business owners, working in small groups
A small full-day workshop where you leave with your next 90 days planned, your top priorities written as accountable goals, and the weekly system to make them stick.
By the end of the day you will have:
- A clear Annual Goal, and a 90-day SMART goal that chunks down from it
- Your own Issues List, with the real core issues identified, not just symptoms
- The Management Meeting template and cadence, ready to run with your team the next week
- An accountability system for the next 90 days
- A binder with every tool from the day
Tickets are sold on Eventbrite. Ticket sales close on 20 October, and refunds are available up to 7 days before the event.
The next workshop dates are being set now. Follow Eric Lee with Starfish Coaching on Eventbrite to hear about them first.
What a workshop looks like
You do not need another talk about what to do. You need time to work on the thing that is costing you the most, with someone who has seen it before.
One problem
Each workshop takes a single problem, such as hiring for fit and culture, closing more of the work you quote, or managing performance so you are not the only one holding standards.
Half a day
Long enough to get somewhere, short enough to fit around a job site.
A working session
You do the work in the room. It is not a lecture.
The quarterly planning event
Every quarter there is a full-day 90-day planning event, with lunch. It is for owners who want a clear plan for the next ninety days.
Want this for your own leadership team, run privately? See quarterly and annual planning.
