I’ve founded and managed over 8 companies, still steering the ship for 4 of them. As a Business Coach & Advisor, my philosophy revolves around staying attuned to the pulse of the times. Alongside coaching, I serve as the CEO and Design Director of the VictorEric Group—a renowned, award-winning custom home Design-Build brand in Vancouver. Transforming a fledgling enterprise into a thriving team of 55 individuals has granted me invaluable insights into the intricate tapestry of scaling a creative enterprise. Years spent as a project manager and home builder have honed my operational acumen and a process oriented mindset—skills I now wield to empower clients in the Design & Construction industry, among others.

I still actively manage 4 other companies ranging in all sizes and this makes me relevant as a business coach, understanding the current day struggles of my clients as they build their business. My current businesses are all within the Design & Construction industry so I know those businesses intimately.

As a creative myself, I empathize with other creative business owners not understanding the complexities of business and finance. I can speak their language and make it simple for them.

I’ve been on both the residential and commercial side of the construction world. I understand the unique struggles of contractors and tradespeople. And I know what it takes to make businesses in the construction industry a success.

Step 4 – Ongoing Support and Accountability Coaching
