Goals Lab - Accountability Coaching for Businesses

Joining my Goals Lab is very much like hiring a fitness trainer. Remember those times when you made a commitment to yourself that you’ll lose 20 lbs, but after a few weeks of doing it yourself at the gym, you give up? But if you hired a personal trainer instead, then the results would be very different.

For starters you would show up regularly because you are committing to another person, not just yourself. Secondly, you’ve already paid for that service so that will likely push you to follow through with it. Finally, the personal trainer is an expert in what they do. So they just need to give you a few adjustments in the way you’re working out to make a huge difference.
