People have asked me how do you think more positively. My tip is to train your mind to do this and overtime, it will be more naturally. Challenge yourself to give yourself everyday. At the end of the day, write down 3 things that you did well that day and give yourself credit for it. It could be a small thing, but don’t discount it, no matter how small. If you do this for 30 days, you will build that muscle to think more positively!
