As you are building a company- ensure that you are always moving forward. If you are stuck trying to achieve perfection, and are always hesitant to take the next step step because it does not reach your standards of perfection- you will hinder your potential growth and never build the momentum you need.
With that being said, aim for progress. For example, instead of looking at the entirety of the goal or the big picture, break it down into smaller steps- make it more manageable for yourself and your team.
