Many people are stressed out in their business and they don’t know why. This ends up affecting your work habits, your work balance, and of course– your health. Before answering the question of how you can create a business with less stress, let’s first look at the simple psychology behind stress:

Stress happens when you are fighting something in the world which isn’t in alignment with how you want the world to be.

Understanding this allows me to help business owners reduce stress in these 3 simple steps:

  • Help them find clarity in their company Values, define a Vision for their future, and discover their Purpose
  • Help them find their niche and unique ability
  • Message this to their team and in all their marketing channels

Once you have gone through this, you will start to attract people (staff and clients) who share your values, are excited about your vision, and supports you in your mission! As a result, you will start to experience less stress in business.

So the simple answer to the question of how you can create a business with less stress, is to make time to look at your Values & Vision. Defining these two elements of your business will help clarify your purpose as well as offload any unnecessary stress.
