MEETING FORMAT
We meet every Thursday morning at 8:00am PST for 60-90 minutes (depending on group size)
- Online format (Weekly meetings)
- Min. 15 minutes of focus time per member

ELIGIBILITY
We are looking for quality over quantity. Our mandate is to assemble a group of experienced Entrepreneur, Executives, and Business Owners who not only will get value from the group, but can also offer insight from their past business building experiences.
These will be the evaluation criteria:
- Min. 5 years as a Senior Manager, Executive, Entrepreneur, or Business Owner
- Responsible for min. $500k revenue in your organization
- There will be a short interview prior to final acceptance to the group

Eric Lee is an award-winning interior designer, house designer, business coach, and a serial entrepreneur. Having setup 8 businesses in his career and still actively managing 4 of them, he brings a pragmatic approach with real-world experience to helping his small business clients get to their next level of growth.
Being a creative designer and entrepreneur himself, he is especially good in helping creative entrepreneurs build the business fundamentals and systems required for success. With Starfish Coaching, he is currently helping business owners across the continent through online meetings, 1-on-1 coaching, team building trainings, and group coaching programs.
- Andre Garrison - Commercial Realtor, Business Broker & Multiple Business Owner
Andre Garrison has been helping clients buy and sell commercial real estate and business brokering for over two decades. A serial entrepreneur, Andre has an extensive selling and marketing background and has owned/operated a variety of successful businesses here in Vancouver- restaurants, hotels, brewery & winery, seafood distribution, and food manufacturing to name a few. Andre has an international business background, and has been a C+ Level executive for a number of international tech companies (IT, Networking, App Development); as well as an award-winning feature film and television producer, and published author. Andre has been involved in various facets of the Vancouver, Lower Mainland, and Canadian Real Estate Market since 1996 and takes pride in helping fellow business owners and commercial investors with all of their commercial property buying, selling, and leasing needs.
